Transition Pressure
Frequently asked questions
The free assessment helps one person examine one transition. The $3,500 Enterprise Transition Pressure Diagnostic helps a leadership group examine cumulative pressure across several transitions and a defined organizational scope.
Choosing the right offering
What is the Transition Pressure Assessment?
It is a free, private assessment for one person looking at one specific transition. It organizes the context you provide into a directional readout that can help you identify a pattern worth testing, a practical release valve, and a clearer leadership conversation.
What is the Enterprise Transition Pressure Diagnostic?
It is a fixed-price advisory diagnostic for a defined organizational area or connected set of teams carrying several transitions. It examines cumulative demands, shared constraints, and the decisions leaders can make to relieve avoidable pressure.
How are the two offerings different?
The free assessment is an individual, self-directed look at one transition. The enterprise diagnostic combines a working session and existing organizational evidence to examine up to five overlapping transitions and produce a leadership decision brief and readout session.
Do I have to complete the free assessment before purchasing the enterprise diagnostic?
No. The free assessment is optional. If you already have a Transition Pressure readout, it may be included as one input with your explicit permission.
Is the enterprise diagnostic a group version of the free assessment?
No. It is not a bulk survey and it does not aggregate individual scores. It is a bounded advisory engagement using a working session and agreed existing evidence to support organizational decisions.
Free assessment and readout
Who should complete the free assessment?
It is designed for people helping move a change forward, including change practitioners, project and product leaders, sponsors, managers, subject matter experts, and others close enough to describe the work and decisions under pressure.
Should I assess more than one transition at a time?
No. Choose one specific transition. Keeping the scope narrow makes the questions and directional readout more useful. You may complete a separate assessment for a genuinely separate change.
What does the free readout include?
It provides a directional interpretation of the pattern worth testing, the evidence boundary, a leadership question, and a small practical next move. The full readout is emailed to the address you provide, with an immediate highlight shown in the browser.
Is the result a readiness score or proof of a cause?
No. The assessment does not produce a generic readiness score and does not prove a single cause. It gives you a grounded interpretation to test against the situation and other available evidence.
Does the assessment evaluate employee performance or mental health?
No. It is an organizational change management tool. It is not an employee performance evaluation, clinical stress assessment, medical assessment, or general organizational health survey.
Can several people from the same organization complete it?
Yes, each person may complete it independently for a transition they understand. Individual responses are not automatically combined into a group result, and differences between readouts should not be treated as a scored comparison.
Enterprise diagnostic, price, and scope
What does the $3,500 price include?
It includes one 75-minute working session, review of up to five agreed existing artifacts plus an optional Transition Pressure readout, one concise PDF decision brief, and one 60-minute readout session.
What is included in the defined scope?
The fixed scope covers one organizational area or connected set of teams and up to five overlapping transitions. The engagement is anchored in a leadership question and the existing evidence agreed during onboarding.
What is not included?
Organization-wide research, custom surveys, additional interviews, clinical or employee assessment, implementation, and work beyond the defined organizational boundary are not included. If additional work would materially improve the engagement, it is discussed and separately agreed before it begins.
What happens after I purchase?
Stripe sends a receipt. Change Collaboration contacts you within two business days to arrange the working session, confirm the included transitions and teams, and provide a secure path for agreed materials. The decision brief is delivered within seven business days after the working session and receipt of those materials.
Can we use an existing Transition Pressure readout?
Yes, with the readout owner’s explicit permission. It is treated as one input, not as proof of an organization-wide condition and not as an employee evaluation.
Can I ask questions before purchasing?
Yes. A pre-purchase conversation is optional, not a requirement. Use the question form on the enterprise diagnostic page or email service@changecollaboration.com for scope or procurement questions.
Payment, timing, and cancellations
How is payment handled?
The $3,500 one-time payment is processed securely by Stripe. Change Collaboration does not receive your full card details. Stripe provides the receipt, and Change Collaboration confirms onboarding separately.
Can procurement or accounts payable be accommodated?
Often, yes. Contact service@changecollaboration.com before purchasing if you need vendor documentation or another approved procurement path.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
A full refund is available when requested before the working session is scheduled and before substantive materials review begins. Once either has begun, any refund depends on work performed and capacity reserved. If Change Collaboration determines the purchase cannot be delivered within the published scope before substantive work begins, the purchase will be refunded in full. See the complete policy.
Can the working or readout session be rescheduled?
Yes, with reasonable notice and subject to availability. Contact customer service as soon as a conflict is known.
Privacy, confidentiality, and data use
Is my free readout private?
The readout is sent to the email address you provide and is not automatically shared with your employer. You control whether to share it. Do not include confidential records or identifiable employee information in the assessment.
What information should I avoid submitting?
Do not submit protected personal data, confidential employee records, medical information, credentials, or material you are not authorized to share. Use concise organizational context in public forms. Secure transfer arrangements are provided for agreed enterprise materials after purchase.
Will I be added to a mailing list?
No. Assessment and inquiry addresses are used for delivery and service communication. Marketing subscription requires a separate choice.
How are enterprise materials handled?
Only agreed, existing materials needed for the defined diagnostic should be provided through the secure path arranged during onboarding. Access is limited to delivery of the engagement and subject to Change Collaboration’s privacy and contractual terms.
Using the findings
Does the diagnostic include implementation?
No. The decision brief and readout are complete deliverables. Implementation support is separate so the diagnostic can remain focused and the organization can decide what help, if any, is useful next.
What is Change Capacity Advisory?
It is a separate advisory offering for organizations that want help acting on findings and strengthening the conditions and capability needed to carry change over time. It is not included in the enterprise diagnostic.
What if my question is not answered here?
