Cancellations and refunds
The automated Transition Pressure Assessment is free. This policy covers direct online purchase of the $3,500 Enterprise Transition Pressure Diagnostic.
Before work begins
A full refund is available when requested before the working session is scheduled and before substantive review of client materials begins.
After scheduling or materials review begins
Once either the working session has been scheduled or substantive materials review has begun, any refund depends on work performed, committed expenses, timing, and professional capacity reserved for the engagement. Reasonable rescheduling is available subject to scheduling availability.
If the published scope cannot be delivered
If Change Collaboration determines before substantive work begins that the purchase cannot be delivered within the published scope, the payment will be refunded in full.
Billing concerns
If you believe a payment was made in error or have a question about a Stripe receipt, contact us promptly with the purchaser email and receipt reference. Do not send full card details.
